We were approached to fully develop signage for Mont Blanc including surveying, detailing, specifications, fabrication and installation. Our specialist retail team managed the installation progress ensuring brand compliance. We fabricated the signs within two weeks and tested all signage in our factory. We reported on performance and controlled the schedule at each stage of work. We co-ordinated closely with each stakeholder and the client and mitigated risk by receiving approvals at each stage from the client. We provided all technical and data sheets as part of our close out documentation.
