New York Fries was founded in Brantford, Ontario by Jay Gould and his brother. It is a Canadian quick-service restaurant that mainly serves fries and hot dogs. This brand is famous for giving a twist to the classic fries recipe by using locally inspired flavours. Mostly found in food courts, it is a hot favorite amongst youngsters and children.

ProSigns produced and installed the signage for the food court, co-ordinating with the fit-out contractor. We provided material swatches, sample boards and prototypes for our client to review and approve.
